The opening ceremony of the 2026 Conference and Retreat for Senior Police Officers (CARSPO 2026) has commenced in Owerri, Imo State, with senior police officers and other stakeholders in attendance.
The three-day event, which runs from September 21 to 23, is focused on strengthening policing strategies, security management and effective coordination ahead of the 2027 general elections.
